I just wanted to let you know that I'm extremely happy with my purchase of this helmet!!!! I received my helmet today and just wanted to say it is one of the best novelties I have seen. The fit was perfect and I really like the feel of the ear pads for those Florida winter days. I just wanted to let you know about the positive experience I had ordering and tracking items from your site. It is the best I have seen.  Ordering was simple to execute and logical. Tracking was very easy with the shortcuts and so descriptive that the customer knows exactly what is going on.  I realize it was a small order, but I was very please that the order was processed and sent so close to Christmas.

I have ordered items from Helmets etc. on two separate occasions. Just yesterday I received my helmet that had been on back order. Its late arrival was not an issue after having spoken with Rock and then receiving it only a few days afterwards. Your customer service is outstanding and you have a loyal customer in me.
